On Friday, August 6th, the LBJ Monument in Houston’s Little Tranquility Park was formally dedicated. In attendance were Mayor Sylvester Turner, Luci Baines Johnson, Lynda Bird Johnson Robb, Ambassador Hushang Ansary and Shahla Ansary, Charles Foster, and David Jones.
Vice President Kamala Harris joined the ceremony with a special video dedication:
